About the event

Discovering DAYBUE^® Caregiver Event presented by Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. offers free educational sessions for caregivers in the U.S. to get facts, hear families' experiences with DAYBUE, and ask questions about DAYBUE treatment.

This 2-hour in-person event features:

Clinical overview of DAYBUE from Katherine Labiner, MD, Pediatric Neurologist of Child Neurology Consultants of Austin, including general information about DAYBUE, how it’s been studied, clinical trial results and possible side effects
Overview of our patient support services through Acadia Connect^® and information on how our team supports families throughout their journey with DAYBUE
Conversation with caregivers with loved ones currently taking DAYBUE

No, there is no cost to attend this program.

Will breakfast be included?

Yes, a meal will be provided. Please provide any dietary restrictions during the time of the program registration.

Is parking included?

Parking is not always included with your reservation. Availability and inclusion of parking vary depending on the specific location and event. Parking information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Will the event be canceled due to low registrations?

Yes, the event may be canceled if there is low registration. We strive to provide a valuable experience for all participants, and sometimes this requires a minimum number of attendees. If the event is canceled, we will notify all registered participants to visit the DAYBUE.com events page to sign up for a different program.

When should I arrive?

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the programs start time in order to check in and find a comfortable seat.

Will I receive an email with event details?

Yes, you will receive a “Know Before you Go” email with all the final details during the week of the event. This email will include information on parking, venue entry instructions, the name of the meeting space, and a contact number for any additional assistance.

A Family Support Educator provides support by educating you on your loved one’s diagnosis and treatment with DAYBUE® (trofinetide); updating you on insurance coverage; helping you prepare your loved one to start treatment; providing you with resources and ongoing support. Connect with an educator

Can I ask questions at the event?

During the event, you will have the opportunity to ask questions. Due to time constraints, all questions may not be answered during the live event.

Will the Healthcare professional be able to answer specific medical questions for my specific case?

No, all medical questions should be directed to your own doctor. Treatment decisions must be made between individuals and their doctors.
